“The Purple Fence on the Boardwalk” sings with all the soul of a great Southern story.
To me, it is first and foremost a story of the awesome power of the relationships between women–mothers, daughters, friends, enemies, even frenemies–and the healing power of time...particularly rich was the special bond between Francie, her mom, Junie, and Junie's best friend, CiCi–raise hell, Ladies! Run, do not walk, to get your copy...Andi Thomas Peters is a real talent and I can't wait to read what she shares with us next!

Great beach or pool book!
I read this at the beach over spring break and could not put it down. The author does a great job of developing the characters while reminding us none of our families are perfect. I love mysteries, and this one definitely kept me reading to see what would happen next.

A great summer read!
Having grown up in Mississippi, this book brings back memories of the beautiful and restful retreat that the bay offers. Andi Thomas Peters brings such creativity to each of her characters and weaves her story as if you're watching it in real life. Each page leads you to mystery and intrigue...along with all the action behind the purple fence!

Called in sick to work because I HAD to finish it!
Talk about a page turner...You know that rare book when you are so tired and promise yourself “Closing the book after this chapter,” and wake up the next morning with the book beside you in bed because it turns into just one more chapter (again and again)? This is it folks. No boring beginning learning the background of characters. Good read from page one.

Beautifully written.
I love this book! The author intertwines wonderful stories of human drama with life lessons buried within. You just feel less alone when you read this book. Block off some time, curl up with Purple Fence on the Boardwalk, and feel the stress ease and the smiles begin to flow.
